Short answer: a good escort website shows a strong main photo, your working name, a short line about you, your general area, a bio in your own words, a small gallery and clear buttons for the contact methods you actually use. It leaves out your legal name, your address, your personal number, explicit content and anything out of date. Then check it on a phone before it goes live.
Use this checklist when you're building a new site, or to give your current one a quick health check.
What to include
At the top of the page
- One strong main photo. This is what visitors see first, usually on a phone. Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your face (or your look, if you don't show your face) stays in frame.
- Your working name, spelled exactly as it is everywhere else.
- A short tagline. One sentence that captures your style, such as "Warm, well-travelled company in central Manchester".
- A contact button visible without scrolling.
About you
- A bio in your own words. Three or four short paragraphs. Write the way you speak.
- Your general area, such as a city or district, and whether you travel.
- The languages you speak. It helps clients visiting from abroad, and it's a natural detail search engines pick up.
- A sense of your personality: what you enjoy, what a first meeting with you is like. Keep it non-explicit.
Photos
- A small gallery of your best photos: a portrait, a full-length photo, and a few that show your style. Fewer, better photos beat many average ones.
- Recent photos. They should look like you today.
- A short description for each photo, such as "In a black evening dress". Screen readers use it, and so do search engines.
Contact
- Only the methods you check. One or two is often best, for example calls and WhatsApp on a work number, or email.
- One-tap buttons that open the right app with your number or address filled in.
- Numbers with the country code (+44), so they work for visitors from abroad and on every app.
- Links to your work social accounts, if you use them.
The details people don't see
- A page title and description that include your working name and city. They're what Google shows in search results.
- A share image, so your link looks good when it's sent on WhatsApp or posted on X.
- HTTPS (the padlock in the browser). Without it, browsers warn visitors that the site isn't secure.
- Your own domain, ideally your working name.
What to leave out
For your privacy
- Your legal name: not in the text, the domain, photo descriptions or file names.
- Your address or street, and anything that narrows it down, like "two minutes from the station on…".
- Your personal phone number or email. Work details only.
- Identifying backgrounds: views from your window, landmarks, letters, screens, reflections.
- Links to personal social accounts, including through your work accounts following them.
- Your day job, family or daily routine.
The privacy guide goes into each of these in more detail.
For your site to stay online
- Sexually explicit images or descriptions. Most website and hosting providers don't allow them, and Bijou Page sites are non-explicit and portfolio-style.
- Photos you don't have the rights to. That includes photos of you taken by a photographer without written permission to use them.
- Photos of anyone else unless they've clearly agreed.
- Anything that suggests anyone under 18.
For a better impression
- Too many contact methods. Six buttons look less organised than two.
- Out-of-date information: an old number, an area you no longer cover, photos from years ago.
- Long blocks of text. Visitors on phones skim.
- Broken links to social accounts you've closed.
- Overused words. "Stunning, gorgeous, unforgettable" tells visitors less than one honest sentence about you.
Before you go live
Do these checks on your own phone, not on a computer:
- Open the whole site and scroll it. Is everything readable without zooming?
- Check your main photo. Is your face, or the part you want shown, in view on a small screen?
- Tap every contact button. Does each one open the right app with the right number?
- Test it on mobile data, not just Wi-Fi. Does it load quickly?
- Search for your legal name on the page using your browser's "find on page". It should find nothing.
- Share the link with yourself on WhatsApp. Does the preview look right?
- Ask someone you trust to read it for typos and anything that sounds off.
Keeping it fresh
A website that looks looked-after builds trust. Every few months:
- Swap in a few new photos
- Re-read your bio and update anything that's changed
- Check every contact button and social link still works
- Search your working name to see how your site appears
How Bijou Page helps
Bijou Page sites are built around this checklist. You get one-tap contact buttons, a general area instead of an address, photos saved without hidden location data, a description for every photo, and a title, description and share image for search and sharing, all on your own domain with HTTPS. You preview everything privately before it goes live, and we check every site before it's published.
